RaMed Care provides digital educational services, live interactive online training, and LMS-based course access. Due to the nature of these services, this Refund & Returns Policy is strict, binding, and final.

By enrolling in any course or making a payment on the RaMed Care website, you explicitly agree to this policy.

1. No Refund Policy (Strict)

  1. All fees paid to RaMed Care are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
  2. Once payment is successfully processed:
    • Enrollment is confirmed
    • LMS access is enabled
    • Services are deemed to have commenced
  3. No refunds shall be issued for:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal reasons
    • Schedule conflicts
    • Missed classes
    • Dissatisfaction with teaching style
    • Internet or device issues
    • Failure to attend live sessions
    • Non-completion of course

2. No Returns Policy (Digital Services)

  1. RaMed Care delivers intangible digital services and downloadable/online learning content.
  2. As no physical goods are sold:
    • Returns are not applicable
    • Exchanges are not permitted
  3. Access to content, materials, or LMS features constitutes irrevocable service delivery.

3. No Cancellation Policy

  1. Course enrollment cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
  2. Requests for:
    • Cancellation
    • Course switching
    • Batch changes
    • Fee adjustment
      are solely at RaMed Care’s discretion and not a user right.

4. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following limited scenario:

  • Duplicate payment caused by a verified technical error where:
    • The same user is charged twice for the same course
    • Proof is submitted within 48 hours

Such refunds, if approved, will be processed without interest within a reasonable time frame.

Decision of RaMed Care in such cases shall be final and binding.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  1. Users are strictly prohibited from initiating chargebacks or payment disputes after accessing services.
  2. Any refund request raised via:
    • Banks
    • UPI apps
    • Card providers
    • Payment gateways
      instead of contacting RaMed Care directly shall be treated as a breach of policy.
  3. RaMed Care reserves the right to:
    • Contest chargebacks
    • Suspend or terminate user access
    • Recover financial and legal costs incurred

6. Taxes & Fees

  1. Government taxes, GST, gateway fees, or processing charges are non-refundable.
  2. Any approved refund (if applicable) will be made net of such charges.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Under no circumstances shall refunds be granted for:

  • Instructor change
  • Course updates or syllabus modifications
  • Platform upgrades or downtime
  • Force majeure events

RaMed Care’s decision in all such matters shall be absolute and final.

8. User Acknowledgment

By making a payment, the user confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this policy
  • Agree to the No Refund, No Return, No Cancellation terms
  • Waive any claim against RaMed Care related to refunds
