This scheme supports first-time employees and encourages employers to create sustainable jobs in the formal sector.
👩🎓 Employee Perspective (RaMed Care Students & Job Seekers)
RaMed Care students who secure their first formal job after training can benefit from this scheme.
How It Works for You:
1. Complete your job-oriented training at RaMed Care
2. Join a formal job between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2027
3. Monthly salary must be ₹1,00,000 or below
4. This should be your first job registered under EPFO
5. Your employer will generate and activate your UAN (Aadhaar, bank, and mobile linked)
6. Continue employment for 6 months
7. Receive the first incentive instalment (part of up to ₹15,000) via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)
8. After 12 months of continuous employment, complete the Financial literacy program
9. Receive the remaining incentive amount directly in your bank account

🏢 Employer Perspective (RaMed Care Hiring Partners)
RaMed Care collaborates with healthcare and allied industry employers to promote ethical hiring and workforce growth through PM-VBRY.
How Employers Benefit:
1. Employer must be EPFO registered and PAN-linked
2. Hire RaMed Care–trained candidates as new employees
3. Register new hires under PM-VBRY via the EPFO portal or UMANG app
4. Submit employee details (UAN, joining date, salary)
5. Maintain continuous employment and timely EPF contributions
6. Receive monthly incentives of ₹1,000 to ₹3,000 per employee, based on salary
7. Incentives are provided for:
- 2 years (general sectors)
- Up to 4 years (manufacturing sector)
8. Incentives are credited to the PAN-linked bank account
