These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, LMS platform, courses, and services provided by RaMed Care (“RaMed Care”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing, registering, enrolling, or using any part of the RaMed Care website or services, you legally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility & User Responsibility

  1. Users must be 18 years or older to enroll or use services.
  2. You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
  3. RaMed Care reserves the absolute right to deny, suspend, or terminate access without prior notice if false or misleading information is provided.

2. Nature of Services

  1. RaMed Care provides live interactive online training, educational content, LMS access, and career-oriented guidance.
  2. Course content, duration, syllabus, instructors, schedules, and delivery methods may change at RaMed Care’s sole discretion without liability.
  3. RaMed Care does not guarantee job placement, salary, promotion, certification approval, or exam success.

3. Enrollment, Fees & Payments

  1. All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, under all circumstances.
  2. Fee payment confirms final enrollment and acceptance of these Terms.
  3. RaMed Care is not responsible for:
    • Internet issues
    • Device failure
    • Missed classes due to personal reasons
    • Third-party payment gateway failures
  4. Any government taxes, GST, or charges are payable by the user.

4. No Refund / No Cancellation Policy

  1. NO REFUNDS will be issued once payment is made.
  2. NO CANCELLATIONS or course transfers are allowed.
  3. Missed classes, dissatisfaction, schedule conflicts, or personal issues do not qualify for refunds.
  4. Users expressly waive any right to dispute or chargeback payments except in cases of proven fraud by RaMed Care.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All content including:
    • Videos
    • Study materials
    • PDFs
    • Presentations
    • LMS content
    • Logos and branding
      are the exclusive intellectual property of RaMed Care.
  2. Users are strictly prohibited from:
    • Recording live classes
    • Sharing login credentials
    • Copying, selling, or redistributing content
  3. Violation may result in:
    • Immediate termination
    • Legal action
    • Financial damages

6. User Conduct & Restrictions

Users agree NOT to:

  • Disrupt classes or misuse LMS features
  • Harass instructors, staff, or other students
  • Post false, defamatory, or abusive content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

RaMed Care may suspend or permanently ban users without refund for violations.

7. Instructor & Trainer Disclaimer

  1. Instructors are engaged for training delivery only.
  2. Views expressed by instructors are personal opinions, not legal or professional guarantees.
  3. RaMed Care is not liable for any advice acted upon by students outside course scope.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • RaMed Care shall NOT be liable for:
    • Direct or indirect losses
    • Career outcomes
    • Job placement failure
    • Business loss
    • Data loss
    • Technical downtime
  • Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the course.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RaMed Care, its directors, instructors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Breach of law or third-party rights

10. Account Suspension & Termination

RaMed Care reserves the absolute right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Restrict access to LMS or classes
  • Remove users without explanation

No refunds or compensation shall be provided upon termination.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

12. Third-Party Links & Tools

RaMed Care may use third-party platforms (Zoom, LMS plugins, payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party failures, data breaches, or service interruptions.

13. Force Majeure

RaMed Care shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Internet outages
  • Pandemics
  • Power failures

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State, India] only.

15. Amendments
